-Agility Ladder
-Stability Ball
-Barre Bar
-Total Body Weight Machine
-None! Use your own body weight and learn how to use if safely and effectively throughout many challenging movements
What if I have injuries or limitations that limit my intensity level?
Not a problem! Circuit-based training that is low-impact can be substituted. Functional training (see tab) may also be a beneficial mode of exercise for you too in this case, as better strength around that injury or limitation will better your physical ability and help you possibly boost that intensity level down the road.
What is the recommend amount of time I need to spend to see results?
This is a loaded question that I get a lot from clients, and the answers is...it depends! Every individual is different, and it may take more time for you than others to see the same results. It also takes more than what is done in the gym/fitness routine. It takes a lifestyle change that includes sleep, nutrition, stress management, family/friend support, etc. These things come with time and don't happen over night, but how much time it takes you to adopt these equates to how much longer it will take you to get your desired results. This takes commitment and results are not guaranteed unless you're mindset is in the right place.
I can't afford you 3 x per week !
Then ask yourself: Are you accountable to perform the workouts on your own? Or will you skip the workouts without me or a partner? Do you have or are you willing to purchase just for a few at-home equipment pieces like a dumbbell or mini band set? Do you have space to perform the routine outside my gym? If the answer is 'YES, I can perform these on my own and have the means to get some equipment', then we can certainly meet only once or twice per week instead while you do the another day on your own.
What if I can't make it your gym or our schedules don't match up?
